Refund & Returns Policy

At ReWorks, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-branded merchandise tailored to your specific needs. As each item is customized with your unique logo, these products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused by us. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on customized items.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided under the following condition:

  • Item Unavailability: If the item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your order, we will issue a full refund for that item.
  • Refund Timeline: The refund for a particular item will be granted in 7-10 working days, after the partial fulfilment of the remaining order.  

Replacements

We understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a video of the unboxing process clearly showing the damage. This helps us verify the issue and process your replacement swiftly.

Cancellation

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not provide cancellations once the customization process has begun. Our items are either laser-etched or printed with your logo, making them unusable for anyone else once this process is complete.

However, to extend support to our customers, cancellations may be possible under special circumstances if the customization work has not started. Requests for cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval or rejection of such requests will be at the discretion of ReWorks and its authorities.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund (for out-of-stock items) or a replacement (for damaged items), please contact our customer support team [hello@reworks.in] with the necessary details and supporting documentation (such as the unboxing video for damaged items). Our team will review your request and assist you through the process.
